For those interested in the history of natural obligations from Antiquity until today, the online seminar which will take place on Monday December 3rd 2021 at 10:00 is not to be missed. The event, entitled "Le obbligazioni naturali tra dogmi antichi e nuovi interrogativi" is organized by prof. Paola Lambrini and prof. Raffaele Volante from the Department of Private Law and Critique of Law of the University of Padua. Scholars from different legal disciplines will deepen the issue: Sara Longo, Riccardo Fercia, Raffaele Volante and Mauro Grondona. All presentations will be in Italian.
