Via H/Soz/Kult, we
learned of a call for applications for a workshop on the Pure Theory of Law,
organized by the Hans‐Kelsen‐Forschungsstelle.
The Hans Kelsen Research Group holds annual two‐day
Junior Scholars’ Workshops on the Pure Theory of Law in the Black Forest.
Junior scholars (PhD students and above) will present papers and cutting‐edge
research ideas on Hans Kelsen and the Pure Theory of Law and discuss them in an
intensive workshop with both the presenters as well as experienced scholars
working on Kelsen in attendance. Participants will also be introduced to the
Mainz Academy of Sciences and Literature’s long‐running edition of the complete
works of Hans Kelsen (‘Hans Kelsen Werke’) […]
