The French research organisation CNRS (employing over 30 000 scientists and other staff) has published a list of twenty-five silver medal winners for the year 2024. This important scientific honour has been bestowed upon distinguished legal historian prof. Jean-Louis Halpérin (ENS, Paris), organiser of our Society's Fifth Biennial Conference in 2018.
