Note that Seán Patrick Donlan, Jan Hallebeek, Dirk Heirbaut, Aniceto Masferrer, and Remco Van Rhee, the current members of the Executive Committee of the European Society for Comparative Legal History (ESCLH), have agreed to edit a casebook on legal history for the Ius Commune Casebooks series.
