Membership costs € 50 for non-student members and offers many benefits, including a free subscription to Comparative Legal History, the society's journal with Routledge. This year, E. Elgar offers a discount on the Research Handbook Comparative Legal History.
From 2019 on, the Society equally offers a direct debit option for fees.
