The Handbooks in this series, edited by Francesco Parisi and Tom Ginsburg, offer high-level discussion and analysis on particular aspects of legal systems, such as torts, contracts, property, administrative and constitutional law, legal history, etc. The aim of each handbook is to provide a scholarly, state-of-the-art overview of research and the scope of current thinking in the field. Some volumes of this collection have already been published: Comparative Administrative Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Methods of Comparative Law, and Comparative Law and Society.
