The volume will be published with Edward Elgar Publishing, in their
Research Handbooks in Comparative Law Series.
The Handbooks in this series, edited by Francesco Parisi and Tom Ginsburg, offer
high-level discussion and analysis on particular aspects of legal systems, such
as torts, contracts, property, administrative and constitutional law, legal
history, etc. The aim of each handbook is to provide a scholarly,
state-of-the-art overview of research and the scope of current thinking in the
field. Some volumes of this collection have already been published: Comparative Administrative Law, Comparative Constitutional Law, Methods of Comparative Law, and Comparative Law and Society.
