A team of French historians filled Thursday's edition of the newspaper Libération. Contributions on the press ('chronique judiciaire') and former Minister of Justice Robert Badinter (who entered the Panthéon on the same day, and is remembered for abolishing the 'délit d'homosexualité', the death penalty and the introduction of alternative punishment to incarceration) might interest legal historians as well.
