CONFERENCE PROGRAMME: 7th ESCLH Biennial Conference (Augsburg: Universität Augsburg, 21-23 JUNE 2023)

The Chair of Prof. Phillip Helwege has announced the provisional programme for the Seventh Biennial Conference of the European Society for Comparative Legal History, which will be held in Augsburg (21-23 June 2023, see call earlier on our blog). 

The Organizing Committee is pleased to publish the provisional conference programme. Please click the link below to download the programme. The conference will be preceded by a PhD workshop (see below). The programme includes 36 panels with 112 presentation delivered by 120 scholars from around the world as well as two keynote speeches, the one delivered by Prof. Dr. Rebecca Scott of Michigan Law School and the other delivered by Prof. Dr. Kentaro Matsubara of Tokyo University. The programme will be updated on a regular basis.

We have an exciting line of  papers being presented, and all are welcome to take part in the  discussion. Everyone who has applied to  present a paper at the conference should have received an email in  December 2022, accepted or declining the paper.
